What is your warranty/return policy?
OAK Lifestyle products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 60 Days. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. After 60 days, we have already given away a backpack from your purchase to a child in need.
Returns must be shipped back at customer's expense within 30 days of receipt. All tags must be still be attached and product unused.
What are your shipping policies?
Unfortunately, we can not ship to PO Boxes. Due to higher shipping rates, additional charges will be incurred for shipping outside of the continental United States.
